Yup- this won't be easy but it will get easier the longer you go. Refined sugar is so highly addictive, so accessible and hidden in so many foods. No refined sugar means cut out the cookies, cakes, waffles, candy, soda, sweetened coffees, teas & sports drinks!
For some TOUGH ❤️- remember Melissa Hartwig’s most often quoted line from her Whole30 book… “It is not hard. Don’t you dare tell us this is hard. Quitting heroin is hard. Beating cancer is hard…” That's motivating!!!
