Snack Less - Eat Proper Meals
How is it going? Have you been able to go 3-4 hours between meals with no snacks? Here's a strategy to help you get there. Also, my apologies- this was yesterday's post and I just noticed it never went. So tell me what you learned. :)
Make sure you get a enough healthy fat with your meal. IE. olive oil, eggs, nuts and avocados. If you cannot make it at least 3 hours without feeling fatigued, eat a little more fat at your next meal. It helps you to feel satiated and gives you the sustained energy you need!
