Ayurveda embraces daily routines. It is called Dinacharya and it is one the most powerful tools that Ayurveda has to balance and improve overall health. Think of the morning as a sacred time to set yourself up for a great day! For 3 days, instead of grabbing your phone in the morning grab a notebook or piece of paper (and your warm water!) and... write OR draw OR doodle OR make a list of things you are grateful for OR the top 3 things you'd like to accomplish that day OR what you dreamed about OR fill in the blank
Savor this quiet time. It is a time to check in with yourself and an opportunity to get to know and understand yourself better.
