Challenge #1: No refined sugar for 3 days
Yup- this won't be easy but it will get easier the longer you go. Refined sugar is so highly addictive, so accessible and hidden in so many foods. No refined sugar means cut out the cookies, cakes, waffles, candy, soda, sweetened coffees, teas & sports drinks
